Additional Information
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing to t1pfe@esc16.net, and will incur a fee of $50 regardless of the reason for or date of cancellation. No cancellations will be accepted once the event has begun. All refunds less the cancellation fee will be issued after the event has concluded. Please share this information with your organization's business office to avoid unnecessary billing issues.
