IAEE uses the data we collect to process memberships; verify, provide and process member benefits; perform analytics on individual trends within the industry; and to inform individuals of events, products or news that may be of interest to them. IAEE shares data with 3rd party vendors in order to verify member benefits, process registrations and other individual requests, inform individuals of their products or services which may be of interest to them, and perform analytics on behalf of IAEE.

I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases. I agree to release and hold harmless IAEE, the facility, and their employees and representatives from and against damages, liability, claims, and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of disease, including but not limited to Coronavirus, due to my travel to or participation in any aspects of Expo! Expo!. This agreement is binding on me and my successors and heirs.
I understand and consent that as a part of my registration and attendance at the event, personal data will be collected by the show organizer and potentially show exhibitors and technology partners for the purposes of (but not limited to) marketing, tracking attendance via scanner and/or beacons, lead retrieval, event apps, appointment matchmaking and/or the awarding of continuing education (CEU) credits where applicable.
